Discipleship

 Discipleship is how we as Christians follow Jesus Christ. For those members of the St. John’s family Discipleship comes in many forms: Outreach, Ministries and Apostolates.

Outreach is how we reach out to the Community, being the hands of Jesus Christ in the world in the various ways that we interact in Lancaster, OH.

Ministries are the ways we worship God in the Liturgy. While we have two ordained ministers who help us meet Christ in the Liturgy and in taking Him into the world around us, we are all ministers of Jesus Christ offering our praise and thanksgiving to Almighty God and by bringing the Good News of Jesus Christ into the world.

Apostolates are how we minister to one another and build up the Kingdom of God here on earth.
